摘要 采用移相全桥ZVS变换器作为高压开关电源的主变换拓扑。首先介绍了移相全桥ZVS变换电路以及如何处理高频高压变压器分布参数,然后基于BUCK电路的小信号,给出了移相全桥ZVS电路的小信号模型和PID补偿器的设计方法。然后分析了数字控制系统的工作原理并基于数字重设计法,给出了数字补偿器控制参数的设计方法。最后通过仿真对电路设计进行了验证。 The phase-shifted full bridge ZVS converter is applied in the high voltage power supply.First of all,the principle of the phase-shifted full bridge ZVS circuit and how to deal with the distributing parameters of high-frequency and high-voltage transformer is introduced,and then based on the small-signal modeling of the BUCK converter,the small-signal modeling of the phase-shifted full bridge ZVS converter is given,and the method for designing the PID compensator is given.Then the principle of the digital control system and the method for how to design the parameter of a digital PID compensator are introduced.The simulation of the circuit shows that the designed method is correct.
