In vocational education,the supply and demand contradictions of teaching quality focuses on four points:teaching content,teaching organization,teaching method and teaching effect.The main reasons of the contradictions lie in the separation of industry and education,the insufficient abilities for practice,and the contradictions between working and learning.The author holds that modern apprenticeship can be a solution,which can help realize the synchronization of industry and education measures,cultivate core talents,and introduce welltargeted,high level training.
