摘要
应用型人才的培养是现代大学发展的根本任务。如何在有限的教学时间内既能传授西方经济学的知识原理,又能培养学生的应用能力,是值得每一位教师思考的问题。从分析目前教学情况与不足入手,站在过程性评价的视角上探讨基于应用能力培养的教学改革的必要性以及改革内容,从拆分教学目标开始细化评价指标,提出开放式的综合型考核方式,着重培养学生逻辑分析思维能力;以过程性评价直面反映学生对知识的掌握情况,做到教学与实践相结合,提升教学质量。
The cultivation of application abilities is the fundamental task for the development of modern universities.How to teach the knowledge principle of Western Economics and cultivate the students'application ability in the limited teaching time is a question that every teacher thinks about.Through the analysis of the current teaching situation and deficiency,and from the perspective of process assessment,this paper explores the necessity of the teaching reform for cultivating the application abilities and the content of the reform.The assessment criteria are unpacked by re-adjusting teaching goals,thus an open way of comprehensive assessment is put forward with the aim to focus on training students'logic thinking ability.Process assessment is used to check students'acquisition of new knowledge,in order to combine teaching with practice and to improve teaching quality.
