对菌糠的营养价值及其影响因素、在家畜饲料中的应用情况及菌糠在饲喂时应注意的事项予以综述,以期充分利用菌糠这一饲料资源,使饲料来源更加多元化,为菌糠科学利用提供理论依据。

With its deepening research in recent years,spent mushroom substrate has become a new feed resource.The nutritional value of the spent mushroom substrate and its influencing factors,the application in the livestock feed and the matters that should be paid attention to are reviewed in this paper.The aim of this study is to provide theoretical basis for using spent mushroom substrate as livestock feed and making full use of the various resources of spent mushroom substrate.
