摘要 以天津生态城某绿色建筑住宅项目为例,对绿色建筑室内PM2. 5评估与控制方法开展研究。通过相关研究调研发现室内PM2. 5浓度受室外环境影响较大,从提高外窗气密性以及增加新风净化系统两个方面,对绿色建筑室内PM2. 5浓度进行评估与控制。初步得出结论:天津地区住宅项目外窗气密性等级达到7级且新风净化效率达到95%时,可将室内PM2. 5浓度降低至15μg/m^3,满足人体健康要求。 Taking a green residential building project in Tianjin Eco-city as an example,the evaluation and control method of indoor PM2.5 is studied.Through relevant research,it was found that indoor PM2.5 concentration is greatly affected by the outdoor environment.The indoor PM2.5 concentration in green building was then evaluated and controlled by improving the air tightness of the outer window and increasing the ventilation and air purification system.The results indicated that when the air tightness level of the project window reaches“seven”and the fresh air purification efficiency reaches 95%,indoor PM2.5 concentration can be reduced to 15μg/m^3 to meet human health requirements.
