摘要
针对国家大力发展装配式建筑,全面推进装配式建筑应用的客观要求,以现行工程建设标准对其的适用性为研究目标,旨在找到一种合理并通用性强的现行工程建设标准对装配式建筑的适用性评判方法。基于指标体系的建立原则,通过对现行工程建设标准适用性评判指标的有关文献研究及相关标准化专家的补充,构建适用性评判指标体系;选择基于熵的距离评判法对现行工程建设标准进行适用性评判,并设立评价等级;通过实证分析,验证了评判模型的有效性和可行性,为标准能更好地约束和规范装配式建筑,促进装配式建筑的发展提供有效参考。
For the country’s vigorous development of prefabricated buildings,and comprehensive promotion on the objective requirements of prefabricated building applications,the applicability of the current engineering construction standards is the research goal,aiming to find a reasonable and versatile engineering construction standard for applicability evaluation of the prefabricated building.Based on the establishment principle of the index system,the applicability evaluation index system is constructed through the relevant literature research on the applicability evaluation index of the current engineering construction standards and the supplement of relevant standardization experts.The entropy-based distance evaluation methodis selected for applicability analysis and judging to the current engineering construction standards,setting the evaluation level;the validity and feasibility of the evaluation model is verified through empirical analysis,providing an effective reference for the standard to better constrain and standardize the prefabricated building and promote the development of fabricated buildings.
