摘要 长三角地区地处长江流域下游,人口稠密,饮用水以地表水源为主。受流域性水污染影响,区域饮用水安全面临风险,主要表现在长江干流氮磷污染与湖库水源安全、沿江化工产业布局与持久性有机污染风险、平原河网区水质型缺水、山区水库型水源地富营养化等方面。控制策略包括构建点-线-面统筹协调的水源保护体系、氮磷管控、化解布局性矛盾与冲突、持久性有机污染物管控等。 The Yangtze river delta is located in the lower reaches of the river basin. Affected by the water pollution, the regional drinking water safety is at risks, represented mainly by the threatened drinking water sources due to nitrogen and phosphorus pollution in the main stream, POPs risks due to chemical industry layout along the river, water shortage for plain river network areas, eutrophication of water sources in reservoirs of mountainous areas. The control strategies include constructing a point-line-surface coordinated water source protection system, controlling nitrogen and phosphorus, resolving layout conflicts and controlling persistent organic pollutants.
