环境效益视角下的北京工业转型历程解析与建议

Analysis of the Transformation Process of Beijing Industrial Development from the Perspective of Environmental Benefit

北京作为京津冀城市群的核心城市,过去40年,其社会经济不断优化发展,经济结构由工业型转为服务型,工业行业由传统重工业被现代高端制造业替代,工业转型升级是发展的必然结果,也是发展的重要动力。同时,随着经济结构优化,工业产业升级,资源能源消耗持续降低,污染物排放持续减少,推动了首都生态环境稳步改善。因此,以工业为切入点,以长时间序列经济数据为基础,从环保角度分析北京工业发展的产业转型历程和环境效益,从而提出对北京工业发展管理的对策建议。

Beijing, as the capital and the core city of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration, has continuously optimized its economic and social development in the past 40 years. Its economic structure has changed from industry to service-oriented with its traditional heavy industry replaced by modern high-end manufacturing industry. The industrial transformation and upgrading is the inevitable result of development and an important driving force for development. With the optimization of the economic structure, the upgrading of industries, the reduction of resources and energy consumption, and the continuous reduction of pollutant emissions, the ecological environment of the capital has been continuously improved. Taking industry as the wedge point and long time series economic data as the basis, this paper analyses the industrial transformation process and environmental benefits of Beijing’s industrial development, and puts forward some policy suggestions on Beijing’s industrial development.
