摘要
随着物质生活水平的不断提高,人们对文化创意产品这类精神产品的需求越来越高。在互联网时代与共享经济背景下,文化创意企业需要利用云平台这一互联网工具,突破传统创新模式的限制,生产更多高质量的产品,以实现产业发展。通过构建文化创意资源提供方与中间方的两阶段动态博弈模型,对云平台下文化创意资源提供商的协同创新问题进行讨论,得到8种不同的策略组合,并归纳提炼出这8种不同的策略组合下文化创意资源提供方与中间方的决策条件,进一步深入分析得出影响资源提供方与中间方决策的因素,如中间方对平台的管理能力、资源提供方的规模、各类成本的大小等。最后,对如何更好地运营云平台提出若干管理建议。
With the continuous improvement of living standards,people’s demand of spiritual products,such as cultural and creative products,become higher and higher.In the context of the Internet era and Sharing Economy,cultural and creative enterprises need to use the cloud platform,the Internet tool,to break the traditional innovation model constraints,resulting in more high-quality products to achieve industrial development.Based on the two-stage dynamic game model of cultural and creative resource provider and middle party,this paper discusses the collaborative innovation of cultural and creative resource provider under cloud platform,and obtains eight different strategies to calculate the eight different strategies combination of cultural and creative resources providers and the middle party of the decision-making conditions,and make further in-depth analysis.The results of the study are the factors that influence the decision-making of the resource provider and the intermediate party,such as the management ability of the intermediate party to the platform,the size of the resource provider,the various costs and so on.Finally,a number of management recommendations are made on how to operate the cloud innovation platform better.
