Design of an Elevator Encoder System for Internet of Things

提出一种物联网电梯编码器系统设计,通过编码器的物联网功能,实现本地组网和远程联网,远程云平台挖掘编码器信息分析现场设备和电梯运行状态;本地设备组网利于现场维修人员的操作以及远程指导和监控;同时联网信息可在云平台各个部门之间实现共享,为不同职责部门提供实时有效的现场监控信息和系统分析结果,保证电梯安全运行。

A design of elevator encoder system,based on Internet of Things(loT)is proposed,which realizes local networking and remote networking through the loT function of the encoder.Encoder information is collected by remote cloud platform to analyze field equipment and elevator running state.Local equipment networking is conducive to the operation of on-site maintenance personnel and remote guidance and monitoring.At the same time,the network information can be shared among the various departments of the cloud platform to provide real-time and effective on-site monitoring information and system analysis results for different departments to ensure the safe operation of the elevator.
