摘要
针对高校目前教师绩效考核存在的问题,提出绩效考核的路径和流程,以期建立更适应于高校和教师发展的绩效考核机制,充分调动和激励广大教师的积极性、创造性。
According to the present university teacher performance appraisal problems, put forward the path and process of performance appraisal, in order to build more suitable for College Teachers' development and performance evaluation mechanism, and fully mobilize and motivate the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers.
