摘要
我国本科院校服装设计专业学生实践能力还不强,创新创业能力还比较弱,不能适应服装行业发展对人才的要求。培养服装设计专业学生创新创业能力,必须采取的措施是:改革现有的专业课程体系,建立以培养学生创新创业能力为目标的专业课程体系;改革现有的教师管理制度,建立校内校外相结合的专业教师队伍;改革现有的考试方式,建立促进学生创新创业能力不断提高的考试方式。
Chinese students majoring in fashion design are still weak in the ability of practice and innovation, making them unable to meet the requirements of the developing clothing industry. To reverse the situation, we can take the following measures: reforming the existing curriculum system by establishing professional curriculum system targeted at cultivating students' innovative ability;changing the existing teachers'management system to establish a new teaching team consisting of teachers from school as well as out of school;reforming the existing mode of examination aiming at improving students' ability of innovation and creating jobs.
