军队大学教育的基本任务是培养高素质军事人才,为军队建设服务。教学质量是大学的生命线,而科学构建符合大学办学实际的教学质量保障体系,是实现人才培养目标和保证教学质量持续提高的重要保证。从教学质量的监控和保障体系的内涵,存的的问题以及如何构建教学质量保障体系进行阐述。

The basic task of education is to train high-quality military personnel to serve army, the teaching quality is the lifeline of university. The scientific construction of the actual teaching quality guarantee system is an important guarantee to realize the goal of personnel training and guarantee the continuous improvement of teaching quality. It was discussed the problems and how to construct teaching quality assurance system from the aspects of the monitoring and guarantee system of teaching quality.
