摘要
军校课堂是培养军事人才的重要载体,教学质量是军校的生命线。不和谐的师生关系以及消极沉闷的课堂气氛是现阶段军校课堂教学中存在的主要问题。出现这些问题的原因主要有三个方面:教学管理不当难以激发教员教学意愿和学员学习动机;教员在教学方面投入精力不足;学员缺乏学习动机。针对这些问题提出应对措施:首先从管理入手激发教员教学意愿;其次信息化背景下教员需要多方面提升;再次全面激发学员的学习兴趣和积极性。在提高教学质量过程中,科学合理的教学管理是关键,激发教员的教学意愿是基本途径,培养学员的学习动机是落脚点。
Military academy class is the carrier of training military personnel whose teaching quality is the lifeline of military academies. The unharmonious teacher-student relationship and the dull classroom atmosphere are the main problems in classroom teaching at present. There are three main reasons for these problems that it is difficult to arouse the teaching intention and motivation of the teachers, and the teachers are not enough in teaching and the students lack motivation to learn. Countermeasures to these problems;fiirst, to arouse teachers’ teaching intention from management. Secondly, teachers should improve their teaching ability in various aspects. Once again, the students are fully motivation to learn, in the process of improving teaching quality , scientific and reasonable teaching management is the key, and it is the basic way to arouse the teaching intention, and the learning mutation of trainees is the foothold.
