摘要
目的考察黄连解毒鼻用温敏凝胶的热力学和流变学性质。方法采用搅拌转子法测定不同用量的泊洛沙姆407(P407)、泊洛沙姆188(P188)和聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)对黄连解毒鼻用温敏凝胶的胶凝温度(gelling temperature,T_1)和胶融温度(melting temperature,T_2)的影响,以考察其热力学性质;采用旋转式黏度计测定凝胶不同温度下的黏度(viscosity,η),考察黏度随温度的变化规律,以考察其流变学性质。结果 P407的用量与T_1呈负相关、T_2正相关,P188的用量与T_1和T_2均呈正相关,PEG6000的用量与T_1正相关、T_2呈负相关。黏度在相变温度时发生较大变化。结论 P407、P188和PEG6000对黄连解毒鼻用温敏凝胶的T_1、T_2和η均有不同程度的影响。
Objective To investigate the thermodynamic and rheological properties of nasal thermosensitive gels for Huanglian Jiedu decoction.Methods The gelling temperature(T1)and melting temperature(T2)were detected to evaluate the thermodynamic property by using the mixing rotor.The viscosity(η)of gels under different temperatures was determined to evaluated the rheological property by using the rotary viscometer.Effects of different dosages of Poloxamer 407(P407),Poloxamer 188(P188)and PEG 6000 on thermodynamic and rheological properties of nasal thermosensitive gels for Huanglian Jiedu decoction were investigated.Results The dosage of P407 was negatively correlated with T1 and positively correlated with T 2.The dosage of P188 was positively correlated with both T1 and T2.The dosage of PEG6000 was positively correlated with T1 and negatively correlated with T2.The viscosity changes greatly at the phase change temperature.Conclusions The dosage of P407,P188 and PEG6000 had different degrees of effects on T1,T2 and viscosity of nasal thermosensitive gels for Huanglian Jiedu decoction.
