摘要 针对一种机载天线需在研制阶段验证其结构振动可靠性能的要求,设计了一款专用的振动夹具。通过三维建模软件设计了振动夹具的三维模型,采用ANSYS仿真分析软件对已有模型进行了仿真振动分析并得出夹具的固有频率及模态振型,根据仿真结果优化结构,最后加工夹具实物并按照GJB要求进行了振动试验,结果表明,该夹具在振动频率范围内能够满足要求,可用于机载天线振动试验。 According to the requirement for airborne antenna to verify the reliability of its structure against vibration,a suitable fixture for vibration test is designed.The 3D structure model of the vibration fixture is designed by using three-dimensional software design modeling software.The ANSYS software is used to analyze and calculate the low order resonance frequency of the fixture and low-order modal matrix mode.The structure is then optimized based on the simulation result,and the clamp is processed and the vibration test is carried out according to the requirement of GJB.The results show that,the fixtures can meet the requirements within the vibration frequency range and can be used for vibration test of airborne antenna.
