直接沉淀法制备α-ZrP及其光催化降解性能

摘要 以氧氯化锆、氟化铵和磷酸为原料,采用改进直接沉淀法制备了层状材料α-ZrP,并对产物进行表征。X射线衍射和傅里叶变换红外光谱测试表明,所合成的产物为α-ZrP,其层间距为0.766 nm;紫外可见光谱测试表明,α-ZrP的禁带宽度为3.94 eV(λ_g=315 nm),说明α-ZrP为紫外光响应型光催化剂。以染料罗丹明B(RhB)为目标污染物,研究了所制备的α-ZrP在黑暗条件下的吸附作用和在光照下的光催化活性。结果表明,α-ZrP在黑暗条件下对RhB的吸附高达46.69%,光照5 h后RhB的总脱色率达到95.85%。 The layered compound of α-ZrP is prepared with ZrOCl2·8H2O,NH4F and H3PO4 as raw materials by direct precipitation method and is characterized by XRD,FT-IR and UV-Vis spectra.The results show that the product is α-ZrP with an interlayer spacing of 0.766 nm.The band gap of α-ZrP is 3.94 eV with the λg of 315 nm.The photocatalytic degradation of α-ZrP on RhB is evaluated under UV light irradiation.The results indicate that the adsorption of RhB over α-ZrP in the dark condition is as high as 46.69%,while the total decolorization efficiency of RhB reaches 95.85% under light irradiation after 5 h.
