特色智库知识保障供给侧结构性改革策略研究

Study on Supply-side Structural Reform Strategy of Characteristic Think Tank Knowledge Security

本文在分析特色智库知识保障现实状况与面临困境的基础上,提出了学科知识服务是特色智库知识保障效能提升的战略选择、供给侧结构性改革是特色智库知识保障优化发展持久动力的观点;以高校特色新型智库知识保障为例,从创新营造理性环境、集力突破现实瓶颈、全面打通实施渠道、深层锻造中坚力量、强力构建长效机制、全力推动质效双赢等六方面,对中国特色新型智库知识保障供给侧结构性改革具体实施策略进行了分析与阐释。

Based on the analysis of the current situation and difficulties of knowledge security in characteristic think tanks,this paper puts forward that subject knowledge service is the strategic choice of improving the effectiveness of knowledge security in characteristic think tanks,and the supply-side structural reform is the lasting power of knowledge security of the characteristic think tanks.This paper analyzes and explains the implementation strategies of the supply-side structural reform of the new-type think tank with Chinese characteristics from six aspects,such as creating rational environment,breaking through the practical bottleneck,opening the implementation channel in a comprehensive way,forging the backbone power deep,building the long-term mechanism,and promoting the win-win of quality and efficiency.
