摘要
以HXD1型交流传动电力机车为研究对象,介绍了机车空电联合制动原理及功能。针对机车在空电联合制动试验过程中出现的电制动力过大问题,基于数据分析,指出空电联合制动时对于电制申请值信号的使用方案存在问题,并进行优化研究。基于优化后的应用方案,机车在空电联合制动工况下电制动力和空气制动力基本相当,成功解决了问题,并通过了试验。
This paper takes HXD1 AC drive electric locomotive as the research object, and introduces the principle and function of locomotive air-electric combined brake. In view of the problem of excessive electric braking force in the process of locomotive combined air-to-air braking test, the paper points out that there is a problem in the use scheme of the electric system application value signal when the air-electric combined braking is used, and optimizes the research. Based on the optimized application scheme, the electric braking force and the air braking force of the locomotive under the combined air and electric braking conditions are basically the same, and the problem is solved successfully and the test is passed.
