摘要
[目的]探讨基于慕课的"订单式"培养模式在护生实习前强化训练中的应用效果。[方法]采用方便抽样方法,抽取我校2013级护理本科班的201名护生为对照组,2014级护理本科班的144名护生为观察组,在实习前的强化训练中,对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组采用基于慕课的订单式培养模式,比较两组护生的训练效果。[结果]两组护生技能考试成绩、学习投入总分及各维度得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对教学方法的评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]基于慕课的"订单式"培养模式能激发护生的学习兴趣、增加学习投入并提高操作能力及动手能力,达到良好的教学效果。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the"order form"training mode based on MOOCs in intensive training before nursing practice.Methods:The convenient sampling method was used to select 201 nursing students from the nursing undergraduate class in 2013 in our school as the control group,and 144 nursing students from the nursing undergraduate class in 2014 as the observation group.In the intensive training before the internship,the students in control group received the traditional teaching method,and the students in observation group adopted the order form training model based on MOOCs,to compare the training effect of the two groups.Results:The total scores of learning input and the scores of all dimensions of the two groups of nursing students′skill test scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation of nursing students in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The order form training model based on MOOCs could stimulate the learning interest of nursing students to increase their learning input and improve their operational skills and operational ability,so as to achieve a good teaching effect.
