护理变革型领导研究热点的共词聚类分析

Cluster analysis of cowords in research hotspots of transformational leadership in nursing

[目的]了解近10年变革型领导在国内外护理领域的研究现状,分析研究热点及趋势。[方法]通过检索PubMed医学文摘数据库与中国知网(CNKI)期刊全文数据库中2008年—2017年护理领域与变革型领导相关的研究,使用Bicomb软件和gCLUTO软件对其进行文献计量与共词聚类分析。[结果]PubMed与CNKI各纳入251篇、66篇文献;通过聚类分析,将2008年—2017年PubMed文献研究主题分为变革型领导理论及工具、磁性医院中的领导力、变革型领导的成效、变革型领导的培训及教育4类。[结论]变革型领导对护士满意度、组织效能及病人结局均有积极影响,基于磁性医院认证的变革型领导实践可有效提高护士组织承诺,未来应加强变革型领导的教育、培训及实践应用,从而提升我国整体护理领导水平。

Objective:To understand the research status quo of transformational leadership in nursing at home and abroad in recent 10 years,and to analyze its.research hotspots and trends.Methods:Using PubMed medical abstracts database and CNKI journal full-text database,the research related to the transformational leadership in nursing field from 2008 to 2017 was searched,and the biblionmetrics and co-word cluster analysis conducted by Bicomb and gCLUTO software.Results:PubMed and CNKI included 251 and 66 articles respectively.Through clustering analysis,PubMed literature research subjects from 2008 to 2017 were divided into four categories,including theory and tools of transformational leadership,leadership in magnetic hospital,effectiveness of trans leadership transformational leadership training and education.Conclusions:Transformational leadership had positive effects on nurses′satisfaction,organizational effectiveness and patient outcomes.Transformational leadership practice based on magnetic hospital certification could effectively improve the organizational commitment of nurses.In the future,the education,training and practical application of transformational leadership should be strengthened,so as to improve the overall nursing leadership level in China.
