Research on the Knowledge Synergy of the Knowledge Chain Base on the Cultural Synergy

知识链知识协同是促进知识增值,实现知识协同效应,形成知识优势的重要途径。知识链主体之间的文化差异,导致知识链的文化冲突,严重阻碍知识链的知识协同。文章运用协同学理论,构建了基于文化协同的知识链知识协同的过程模型,分析文化协同与知识协同之间的内在联系,探索文化协同对知识链知识协同的作用机理。研究发现,文化协同是促进知识链知识协同的软作用力,对知识协同具有推进作用。

The knowledge synergy in the knowledge chain is an important way to promote the value of knowledge,to realize the knowledge synergistic effect,and to form the knowledge advantage.The different culture between the subjects of knowledge chain lead to cultural conflicts,and hinder the knowledge synergy seriously.The paper construct the model of the knowledge synergy in the knowledge chain based on the culture synergy by applying the synergetic theory,to analysis the relationship between the cultural synergy and the knowledge synergy,and to explore the mechanism about the culture synergy effect on the knowledge synergy.It discovery that:the culture synergy is a soft power to promote the knowledge synergy in the knowledge chain.
