人工智能环境下的图书馆空间发展与变革研究

Research on Library Space Development and Transformation under Artificial Intelligence Environment

人工智能环境下,图书馆将呈现出人机协同的精准服务方式、趋于平等合作的馆员与用户关系、更为个性化的服务内容、更为灵活多样的服务组织形式等新服务形态。在新服务形态的驱动下,人工智能环境下的图书馆空间,除了更为开放、灵活和智能,更加人性化之外,还呈现出包容、多样、协同和层次性的空间特征。因此,人工智能时代的图书馆空间设计与实现需要从重新规划空间布局、定制个性化的物理环境与服务、智能陈设、整合不同的智能技术四方面进行。

In the context of artificial intelligence,the library will present a new type of service,such as precise coordination of human-computer collaboration,librarian-user relationships that tend to be equal,more personalized service content,and more flexible and diverse service organization forms.Driven by the new forms of services,the library space under the artificial intelligence environment is more open,flexible,intelligent,and human-oriented.It also reflects the spatial characteristics of inclusiveness,diversity,collaboration,and hierarchy.Therefore,the library space in the artificial intelligence era needs to be designed and implemented from four aspects:re-planning spatial layout,customizing personalized physical environment and services,smart furnishings,and integrating different intelligent technologies.
