摘要
液化天然气(LNG)燃料系统工作状态直接影响船舶的稳定、安全运行,有效监控燃料系统的运行状态能够为船舶运行提供保障。针对20 000箱大型双燃料集装箱船,依照国内外LNG船舶设计规范,分析监控系统实际功能需求,提出燃料系统的监控系统设计方案,以加注及燃料舱子系统和BOG管路子系统为例,结合燃料系统工作过程,详细介绍监控系统控制逻辑及设计方案。监控系统能有效监测燃料系统重要参数及相关设备工作状态,同时能够控制系统在紧急情况下的应急响应,保证燃料系统稳定运行,确保船舶及人员安全。
The working state of liquefied natural gas(LNG)fuel system directly affects the stability and safe operation of ships.Effective monitoring of the operational status of fuel systems can provide a guarantee for the operation of ships.For 20,000 large-scale dual-fuel container ships,according to the LNG ship design specifications at home and abroad,the actual functional requirements of the monitoring system were analyzed,and a monitoring system design scheme for the fuel system was proposed.Taking the filling and fuel tank subsystem and the BOG pipeline subsystem as an example,combined with the working process of the fuel system,the control logic and design scheme of the monitoring system were introduced in detail.The monitoring system can effectively monitor the important parameters of the fuel system and the working status of related equipment,and at the same time,it can control the emergency response of the system under emergency conditions to ensure stable operation of the fuel system and ensure the safety of ships and personnel.
