摘要
烟粉虱及其传播的番茄黄化曲叶病毒病(TYLCD)近年来危害严重,使用杀虫剂抑制传毒介体在植物间传毒是目前防控该病虫组合的常用手段。本研究通过选择试验探讨了氟吡呋喃酮、溴氰虫酰胺和噻虫嗪三种杀虫剂分别在亚致死浓度(LC_(15)、LC_(40))和田间应用浓度处理下番茄苗对携带番茄黄化曲叶病毒(TYLCV)Q烟粉虱的驱避效应。结果表明:氟吡呋喃酮在各浓度处理下均对Q烟粉虱具有显著的驱避效果,且随着处理浓度的升高和处理时间的延长驱避效应越显著;溴氰虫酰胺和噻虫嗪只在田间应用浓度处理下对Q烟粉虱有显著的驱避效果;噻虫嗪在LC_(15)亚致死浓度作用下对烟粉虱具有一定的吸引作用。氟吡呋喃酮可作为良好的烟粉虱驱避剂,对其传播TYLCV具有很大预防潜力,噻虫嗪则不宜用来作为病毒病的防控药剂。
Bemisa tabaci propagating tomato yellow leaf curl virus disease has damaged seriously in recent years.Insecticides used to block the virus transmission by vectors between plants is the common methods to control the insect-disease group.In this research,we studied the repellent effects of three insecticides including flurofuranone,cyantraniliprole and thiamethoxam on TYLCV vectored by Bemisa tabaci at the sublethal concentration(LC 15,LC 40)and field applied concentration.The results indicated that flurofuranone had significant repellent effect on B.tabaci Q at the three concentrations,and the higher the insecticide concentration and the longer the treatment time was,the more significant the effect was.But the significant repellent effects of cyantraniliprole and thiamethoxam to B.tabaci Q only existed at field application concentration.It had attraction effect on B.tabaci at the LC 15 treatment of thiamethoxam.In conclusion,flurofuranone could be used as a good anti-feedant to B.tabaci and hold a deep potential to prevent TYLCV disease.In contrast,thiamethoxam was not advised to be applied as virus disease control chemicals.
