摘要 近年来,关于经济发展与环境污染、资源消费关系的研究有很多。利用我国除西藏、港澳台外的30个省、直辖市、自治区2016年的国内生产总值(GDP)衡量经济发展,用废水、废气和固体废弃物的排放量衡量环境污染,用能源消费量、用水量、电力消费量衡量资源消费,研究经济发展与资源环境的关系。由于投入指标相对于产出指标过多,不利于进行数据包络分析,先利用主成分分析法对投入指标进行了降维处理,然后用DEA模型进行相关分析,并提出了相应的对策建议。 In recent years,there have been many studies on the relationship between economic development and environmental pollution and resource consumption.This paper uses China's gross domestic produc(t GDP)in 30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions except Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan to measure economic development,and uses environmental impacts of wastewater,waste gas and solid waste to measure environmental pollution.We measure resource consumption by water consumption and power consumption,and study the relationship between economic development and resources and environment.Because the input index is too much relative to the output index,it is not conducive to data envelopment analysis.Firstly,the principal component analysis is used to reduce the dimension of the input index,then the DEA model is used for correlation analysis,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
