摘要
在对物流行业企业、高职院校、毕业生就业等多方位调研的基础上,总结出现代服务业的发展对于物流行业人才需求的变化,提出适合现代服务业发展需要的高职物流专业人才培养策略,为高职院校培养高质量的物流管理人才提供参考。
Based on the research on the logistics industry,higher vocational colleges,and the employment of graduates,this paper summarizes the development of modern service industry for the change of talent demand in the logistics industry,points out the training strategy of logistics professionals in higher vocational colleges for the development of modern service industry,and provides reference for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high quality logistics management talents.
