习近平总书记在多次视察东北讲话中指出了影响东北全面振兴、全方位振兴的思想观念短板,要求东北解放思想、更新观念,以此实现东北全面和全方位振兴。东北思想观念的"短板"形成有着深刻历史原因、体制原因、现实原因、文化原因等。我们要在习近平总书记视察东北讲话精神指引下,立足区情、坚持问题导向,化短板、改思想、转观念,把习近平总书记视察东北讲话的新思想、新观念转化成东北振兴新行动、新自觉,推动东北全面振兴、全方位振兴,培育形成东北地区新经济带。

In his speeches after many visits of the northeast provinces,Xi Jinping,the General Secretary,pointed out the ideas and concepts affecting the overall revitalization and all-round revitalization of the northeast area.He required that Northeast should emancipate their minds and renew their concepts so as to realize the comprehensive and all-round revitalization.The formation of their ideological limitation has profound causes in history,institution,reality and culture.Under the guidance of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech on inspecting Northeast China,we should base ourselves on regional conditions,adhere to problem orientation,break the limitation in thoughts,change ideas and concepts,transform the new ideas and concepts of Xi's speech into new actions and new consciousness in the revitalization,promote the overall and all-round revitalization,cultivating and forming a new economic belt of the Northeast area.
