摘要
CENP-A作为最早被发现的一种着丝粒蛋白,它对于着丝粒的组装形成、染色体的正确分离以及细胞分裂的正常进行起到了不可替代的作用。近年来研究发现CENP-A在多种恶性肿瘤中过表达,这种过表达会导致染色体非整倍体的形成,而染色体非整倍体是肿瘤形成的重要原因之一。研究CENP-A的过表达与肿瘤的关系,对于肿瘤的靶向治疗具有重要的现实意义。
CENP-A,as one of the earliest discovered centromere proteins,plays an irreplaceable role in the assembly of centromere,proper separation of chromosomes,and normal division of cells.In recent years,it has been found that CENP-A is overexpressed in a variety of malignant tumors.This overexpression leads to the formation of chromosome aneuploidy,which is one of the important causes of tumor formation.The study of the relationship between CENP-A overexpression and tumors has important practical significance for the targeted treatment of tumors.
