聚龙一号主开关导通时刻对负载电流的影响 被引量:2

Full circuit simulation for influence of the laser-triggered gas switches' closing time on load current in PTS facility

摘要 利用FCM-PTS程序与负载动力学程序耦合模拟研究了聚龙一号装置中主开关导通时刻对Z箍缩实验中负载电流峰值和上升时间的影响。结果表明,虽然聚龙一号装置上下支路三平板传输线的单向传输时间相差20ns,但是当上下支路主开关导通时刻的时间差为22ns时,负载电流的峰值最大,上升时间最短。将上下支路主开关导通时刻的时间差设置为20ns和22ns时,主开关导通时刻10ns的抖动导致负载电流峰值损失最大值分别为163kA和136kA,上升时间最多分别延长2.4ns和2.9ns。 The influence of the laser-triggered gas switches’closing time on the peak value and rise time of Z-pinch load current in PTS facility was simulated by a code called FCM-PTS coupled with snow-plow model for the load.It was found that although the one-way transit time difference of triplate transmission lines between top branches and bottom branches was 20 ns,the best time difference of the laser-triggered gas switches’closing time between top branches and bottom branches was 22 ns,which maximized the peak value and minimized the rise time of the load current.When the time difference of the laser-triggered gas switches’closing time was set to 20 ns and 22 ns,10 ns jitter in the laser-triggered gas switches’closing time could decrease the peak value by up to 163 kA and 136 kA,and increase the rise time by up to 2.4 ns and 2.9 ns,respectively.
