轻症小儿肺炎的门诊雾化吸入治疗研究

Study on Aerosol Inhalation Treatment for Children with Mild Pneumonia

目的对轻症小儿肺炎的门诊雾化吸入治疗进行研究和分析。方法本次所选取的研究对象为本院收治的80例轻症小儿肺炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组进行对比分析,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予雾化吸入治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果两组之间临床疗效对比,治疗组40例患者中有39例患者在治疗后均有所好转,有1例患者治疗无效,总有效率为97.5%,与对照组治疗总有效率85%对比,治疗组显著优于对照组,对比差异显著有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组之间临床症状消失时间比较,治疗组患者的咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、气促消失时间、体温恢复时间均显著短于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在轻症小儿肺炎的治疗中,盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗具有显著的临床疗效,通过给予患儿盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗可以有效提高患儿的临床治疗效果,同时还可以在很大程度上缩短患儿的治疗时间,使得患儿在短时间内得到及时有效的治疗和预后。盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗疗效快、安全性高。

Objective To study and analyze the treatment of aerosol inhalation in children with mild pneumonia.Methods The study selected the 80 cases of mild pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital,they were randomLy divided into treatment group and control group and then were compared,the control group received conventional treatment,the treatment group was given inhalation therapy on the basis of conventional treatment,comparing two groups of clinical curative effect.Results The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups,40 patients were in the treatment group,of which 39 patients were improved after treatment,with 1 patients were failed treated,the total effective rate was 97.5%.The total effective rate of the control group was 85%.The effective rate of treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Clinical symptoms disappeared time,patients in the treatment group,the disappearance time of cough,shortness of breath,pulmonary rales disappeared time,temperature recovery time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of mild pneumonia,the Ambroxol Hydrochloride inhalation therapy has remarkable clinical curative effect,it can not only effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of children,but also can shorten the children to a great extent in the treatment time so that the patients get timely and effective treatment and prognosis in short time.In.Ambroxol hydrochloride atomization inhalation is fast and safe,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
