护理干预对小儿病毒性脑炎治疗效果的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Therapeutic Effect of Viral Encephalitis in Children

目的探究和分析护理干预对小儿病毒性脑炎治疗效果的影响。方法选择本院自2017年1月至2017年10月收治的92例小儿病毒性脑炎患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和研究组,每组46例,对照组患儿在治疗期间行常规护理干预,研究组患儿在治疗期间行综合护理干预,对比两组患儿发热、恶心呕吐、头晕头痛、意识障碍改善时间、住院时间以及两组患儿护理的总有效率。结果研究组患儿发热、恶心呕吐、头晕头痛、意识障碍改善时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,研究组患儿护理的总有效率显著高于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P <0.05)。结论在小儿病毒性脑炎患儿治疗期间对其施行综合护理干预,不仅能有效改善患儿的机体不适和意识障碍症状,同时还能有效提升患者整体治疗效果和缩短其住院周期,其具有良好的应用价值。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the therapeutic effect of viral encephalitis in children.Methods 92 cases of infantile viral encephalitis in children in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2017 as the object of study,were randomLy divided into control group and study group,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention during the treatment,while study group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention during treatment.Compared two groups of children with the improvement time of fever,nausea and vomiting,dizziness,headache,disturbance of consciousness,hospitalization time and total efficiency of children in two groups.Results The improvement time of fever,nausea and vomiting,dizziness,headache,consciousness and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of children with viral encephalitis on the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can not only improve the symptoms of children with body discomfort and disturbance of consciousness,but also can effectively improve the overall treatment effect and shorten the hospitalization period.Therefore,it has good application value.
