规范化护理干预在声带息肉患者术后的应用观察

Application of Standardized Nursing Intervention in Postoperative Patients with Vocal Cord Polyps

目的研究规范化护理干预在声带息肉患者术后的应用效果。方法选取本院2016年1月至2017年6月106例声带息肉患者,按入院顺序分组,各53例。对照组采取常规护理。观察组在对照组基础上采取规范化护理。比较两组干预前后睡眠评分、生活质量(QOL)评分、住院时间及护理效果满意度,并比较两组干预前、干预后3个月声带恢复情况。结果观察组住院时间较对照组短,干预后睡眠评分较对照组低,QOL评分较对照组高(P <0.05);干预前,两组声带频率微扰、振幅微扰、嗓声能量无显著差异(P> 0.05);干预后3个月观察组嗓声能量高于对照组,频率微扰、振幅微扰低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组护理效果满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论规范化护理干预应用于声带息肉患者术后可改善睡眠情况,缩短住院时间,促进声带恢复,提高生活质量及护理效果满意度。

Objective To study the application effect of standardized nursing intervention in patients with vocal cord polyps.Methods A total of 106 patients with vocal cord polyps from January 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled in the hospital.The control group received routine care.The observation group adopted standardized nursing on the basis of the control group.The sleep score,quality of life(QOL)score,hospitalization time and satisfaction of nursing effect were compared before and after intervention.The vocal cord recovery was compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.The sleep score after intervention was lower than that of the control group,and the QOL score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the vocal cord frequency perturbation,amplitude perturbation and snoring energy of the two groups were not obvious.The difference wasn’t significant(P>0.05).The vocal energy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 3 months after intervention.The frequency perturbation and amplitude perturbation were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the nursing effect of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing interventions for vocal cord polyps can improve sleep,shorten hospital stay,promote vocal cord recovery,and improve quality of life and satisfaction of care outcomes.
