护理干预对小儿肺炎支原体感染的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿采用护理干预的疗效影响。方法选取本院2016年6月~2017年6月收治的60例小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿作为研究对象,将患儿随机分为对照组30例、观察组30例,给予对照组患儿常规的护理干预,观察组患儿在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患儿的治疗总有效率更高;且观察组患儿不良反应发生率低于对照组;患儿家属护理满意度更高;另外,患儿不良症状各项指标改善情况优于对照组,住院时间更短,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论将综合护理干预应用于小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿护理中,能够取得良好的效果,其不仅有助于提升患儿的治疗效果,且大大降低了患儿不良症状的发生率。 Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital 60 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children as the research object,the patients were randomLy divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases),the control group were given routine nursing intervention,observation group were treated with routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention,compared two groups the treatment effect of the children.Results Compared with the control group,treatment group with the total effective rate is higher;and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group than in the control group;the families of children with higher nursing satisfaction;in addition,children with symptoms of indicators to improve the situation better than the control group,the hospitalization time is shorter,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can achieve good results,which not only helps to improve the therapeutic effect of children,but also greatly reduces the incidence of adverse symptoms in children.
