摘要
目的研究分析多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病护理中的应用效果。方法于2016年7月～2017年6月,选取60例本院收治的糖尿病合并冠心病患者,分为两组,观察组进行多样化护理,对照组进行常规护理,对比护理效果。结果观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P <0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对糖尿病合并冠心病患者进行多样化护理,患者血糖控制较好,临床护理效果显著。
Objective To study the effect of diversity nursing in the treatment of diabetic patients complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods From July 2016 to June 2017,60 patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups.The observation group received diversified nursing and the control group received routine nursing.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Diversification of patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease patients with better glycemic control,clinical nursing effect is significant.
