预见性护理对亚低温联合促红细胞生成素治疗缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿的影响

Effect of Predictive Nursing on Neonates with Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy Treated with Mild Hypothermia Combined with Erythropoietin

目的探讨预见性护理对亚低温联合促红细胞生成素治疗缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿并发症及住院时间的影响。方法选取本院重症急症室2017年8月至2018年8月收治的120例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿为研究对象,且均行亚低温联合促红细胞生成素治疗,随机分为对照组与实验组各60例,对照组行常规护理,实验组基于常规护理上增加预见性护理,比较两组患儿并发症发生率、住院时间、家长满意率等数据。结果实验组患儿并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05);实验组患儿住院时间明显较对照组短(P <0.05);实验组患儿家长护理满意率明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论预见性护理能降低亚低温联合促红细胞生成素治疗缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿的并发症,且减少住院时间,提高家长满意率,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing on neonatal complications and hospitalization time in patients with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy treated with mild hypothermia combined with erythropoietin.Methods A total of 120 neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled in the study.All patients were treated with mild hypothermia combined with erythropoietin and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group added predictive nursing based on routine nursing.The data of complication rate,hospitalization time and parental satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can reduce the complications of hypothermia combined with erythropoietin in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,reduce hospitalization time and improve parental satisfaction rate.It is worthy of clinical application.
