化学激活剂对大掺量粉煤灰泡沫混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 泡沫混凝土具有轻质、保温、隔音、抗震等优良性能,应用范围非常广泛,掺入大量的粉煤灰取代水泥以降低成本,将会有更大的应用前景。针对粉煤灰取代水泥而不利于泡沫混凝土强度发展的问题,本文通过添加化学激活剂以激活粉煤灰在泡沫混凝土中的活性,达到提高泡沫混凝土强度的效果。试验结果表明:各类化学激活剂对大掺量粉煤灰泡沫混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度均起到一定的改善作用,但存在各自的最佳掺量或范围。 Foam concrete has excellent properties such as light,heat insulation,sound insulation,and seismic resistance.Its application range is very wide.The addition of a large number of fly ash instead of cement may reduce costs and will have greater application prospects.Aiming at the problem that replacement of cement by fly ash has negative influence on foamed concrete strength,this paper attempts to improve the foamed concrete strength by adding chemical activator to activate the activity of fly ash.The experimental results show that the chemical activators can improve the compressive strength and rupture strength of the foamed concrete with large amount of fly ash.
