摘要 本文以大型场馆双曲面数控雕刻双曲面实竹板的安装为研究对象,以3D模型为基础,结合现场实际情况逐块分解、雕刻、切割、拼接安装、打磨、油漆等多道工序完成安装工作。通过3D雕刻技术解决了双曲面急转弯处其他饰面材料无法解决的难题及数控板材安装的施工工艺问题,这种安装方式既保证了装饰墙面的稳定性也大大提高了板材的施工效率和施工精度,为类似饰面板材的施工提供借鉴。 In this paper,the installation of hyperboloid solid bamboo plate with hyperboloid engraving in large stadiums is taken as research object,based on 3D model,and combined with the actual situation in the field,through one by one of decomposing,carving,cutting,splicing,installing and polishing,painting and other processes,the installation process was completed.Through 3D engraving technology,the difficult problem of other facing materials at the sharp turn of hyperboloid and the construction technology of numerical control plate installation are solved.This installation method not only guarantees the stability of decorative wall surface,but also greatly improves the construction efficiency and construction precision of the plate,which provides a reference for the construction of similar veneer plate.
