摘要
厦航总部大厦项目酒店塔楼F 3. 5层设计有6根超大型转换梁(最大截面1. 2m×4. 55m),其荷载达181. 5kN/m,采用普通扣件式钢管满堂架无法确保安全,同时对质量控制难度也较大。基此,从转换梁支撑体系的选择、钢筋施工穿插、钢骨节点、分次浇筑施工缝补强处理、混凝土的浇筑、混凝土的养护以及施工全过程的架体监测,并辅以BIM模拟施工过程来提前发现和解决问题等一系列措施,探索一种安全性高、费用低,又能保证转换梁整体施工质量的施工方法。
Six super-large transfer beams(maximum section 1.2×4.55m)are designed on the F3.5 floor of Xiamen Airlines Headquarters Building Project Hotel Tower.Their loads are 181.5kN/m.It is impossible to ensure safety by using ordinary fastener-type steel pipe full hall frame,and it is also difficult to control quality.This paper explores a kind of safety from a series of measures,such as the selection of support system of transfer beam,construction of steel bar,steel-reinforced joint,reinforcement treatment of construction joints in step-by-step pouring,concrete pouring,concrete maintenance and frame monitoring in the whole construction process,and with the help of BIM simulation construction process to find and solve problems in advance.Construction method with high cost and low cost to ensure integral construction quality of transfer beam.
