某广场项目地下室钢结构柱脚安装过程中存在大量与土建交叉作业的工序。如何与土建专业沟通并实施合理的作业方案为该分部施工的难点。插入式柱脚一部分埋于混凝土基础中,一部分暴露于外界,柱身搭接钢筋且被钢筋外包,本文重点从柱脚支撑架的安装、搭筋板的标高控制、后浇带边缘钢柱处理、钢柱临时固定措施、塔吊的使用做施工介绍,为此类插入式柱脚的安装提供借鉴。

There are a large number of cross work procedures in the installation process of the basement steel leg in the basement of the project.How to communicate with the civil works and to implement a reasonable operation plan is quite difficult.Part of the plug-in leg is buried in the concrete foundation and part of the construction is exposed.The columns are overlaid with steel bars and rebars are outsourced.This paper focuses on the installation of the supporting tire frame,the elevation control of the ribbed plates,the treatment of the post-pouring edge steel column,the temporary fixation of the steel column,and the use of the tower crane,and summarizes the construction experience for the installation of this type of plug-in column.
