摘要
通过溶液流延法制备姜黄素/壳聚糖混合膜,并研究其水蒸气渗透、水汽吸附和抗菌性能。实验结果表明:加入姜黄素后,复合膜的水蒸气渗透率和水汽吸附率都比壳聚糖纯膜低,姜黄素含量对水蒸气渗透率几乎没有影响,但对水汽吸附率影响明显。抗菌实验表明,复合膜的抗菌活性比壳聚糖纯膜强,且随着姜黄素含量增加其抗菌性能也增强。
Curcumin/chitosan blend films were prepared by solution casting.The curcumin/chitosan and pure chitosan films were characterized by the equilibrium moisture absorption,water vapor permeation and antibacterial properties.The results showed the vapor permeation rate and equilibrium moisture absorption rate of blend films were lower than pure films,the content of curcumin had no effects on vapor permeation rate,but had more effects on equilibrium moisture absorption.The antibacterial activity was studied by the zone inhibition method.Results suggested that antimicrobial activity of blend films were better than pure films,and increased with content of curcumin.
