摘要 培养具有创新精神的新型人才是时代赋予高校的责任,论文针对化工化学专业大学生科技创新素养培养展开研究,从引导学生正确理解创新的概念,如何具有创新思维,提升学生参与创新的动机,指导老师积极配合,强化校企合作,科研创新与毕业论文的有机结合及引导学生关注学科的发展前沿等方面展开有益的探索。实践表明,大学生科技创新要对学生进行积极引导,为其创造条件,才能激发学生的研究兴趣,培养学生勇于探索的精神,从而反过来推动大学生科技创新实践活动。 Cultivating new talents with innovation spirit is the responsibility of colleges and universities entrusted by the era.How to cultivate the scientific research innovative spirit of college students majoring in Chemical Engineering was studied,such as guiding students correctly understand the concept of innovation,think creatively,enhancing students motivation to participate in innovation,instructors cooperating actively,strengthening the cooperation between colleges,combinating scientific research innovation and graduation thesis,guiding students to pay attention to the frontier of subject development.The practice showed that only by actively guiding and creating conditions for college students scientific and technological innovation can stimulate students interest in research and cultivate their spirit of exploration,which in turn promoted the practice of college students scientific research innovation.
