摘要
[目的]研究近10年龙泉山区居民点空间变化特征。[方法]在成都龙泉山区建立乡镇、乡村居民点用地调查样区12个,使用Google Earth开源的2007年和2017年高分辨率影像进行人工目视解译,基于GIS技术分析居民点空间变化特征。[结果]基于乡镇、乡村区域分析居民点的空间变化结果显示,2017年样区内居民点用地面积总体较2007年增长了12.71%;乡镇、乡村不同区域变化趋势不同,乡镇区域居民点增加23.40%,乡村地区减少9.35%。基于交通道路沿线的居民点空间变化分析结果显示,乡镇区域道路沿线的居民点用地面积增加了129.96%,乡镇以外道路沿线居民点用地整体减少,30、60和100 m缓冲区范围内居民用地分别减少了4.42%、8.10%和12.84%。居民点在近10年主要向城镇区域或乡村主要县道、乡道沿线聚集,居民迁移至交通便利、地势平坦的城镇附近定居。[结论]该研究为龙泉山城市森林公园土地利用优化提供参考。
[Objective]In order to study the spatial variation characteristics of residential areas in Longquan Mountain area in recent ten years.[Method]12 residential land survey sample areas,including townships and villages,were established in the Longquan Mountain area of Chengdu.Google Earth open source high resolution images in 2007 and 2017 were used for manual visual interpretation.The spatial variation characteristics of residential areas were analyzed based on GIS technology.[Result]Based on the analysis of the spatial changes in residential areas in towns and villages,the total area of residential land in the sample area compared with that in 2007 increases by 12.71% in 2017.The trend of different regions in towns and villages were different.The number of residential areas in townships and towns increased by 23.40%,and that in rural areas decreased by 9.35%.Based on the analysis of the spatial variation of residential areas along the traffic roads,the number of residential areas along the open roads in township areas increased by 129.96%.The residential areas along the roads outside the townships decrease overall.Residents’land in the 30 m,60 m and 100 m buffer areas decreases by 4.42%,8.10% and 12.84% respectively.In the past ten years,the settlements had mainly gathered along the main county roads and township roads in urban areas or villages,and residents had moved to settle near the towns with convenient transportation and flat terrain.[Conclusion]The study provides reference for the optimization of land use in Longquan Mountain Forest Park.
