异叶青兰中黄酮和多糖连续提取工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]采用正交试验法对异叶青兰中黄酮和多糖进行连续提取。[方法]以提取温度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数为因素,用正交试验法优化黄酮提取工艺;用提取黄酮后的异叶青兰滤渣,通过水提、醇沉的方法提取多糖。[结果]异叶青兰中黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度为70%,料液比1∶50,提取时间2 h,提取2次;用70%乙醇提取黄酮后的滤渣提取的多糖含量最高。[结论]该试验结果可靠,方法简便,最佳条件适合批量生产该药材的提取。 [Objective]Orthogonal test was used to extract flavonoids and polysaccharides from Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth.[Method]The extraction technology of flavonoids was optimized by orthogonal test with the factors of extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio,time and extraction times.Polysaccharide was extracted from the filter residue of Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth.[Result]The optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids from Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth were as follows:70% ethanol,1∶50 solid-liquid ratio,extraction time 2 h,2 times extraction,and the polysaccharide content extracted from the filter residue after 70% ethanol extraction was the highest.[Conclusion]The test results are reliable,simple and the best conditions are suitable for batch production.
