摘要 预售一直是国内外学者们研究的热点问题,也是企业持续关注的话题。随着互联网购物的不断发展,网络预售又为预售领域带来了更多的研究方向。因此,有必要总结预售领域现有的重点研究方向和相关文献。在文献梳理和总结的基础上,对预售的未来研究方向和研究方法进行评述与展望。
