考虑轮胎弹性的重型货车越障性能研究

摘要 多轴车辆越障性能设计计算一直是其产品开发中的难题,因此,本文中以某型8×8后轴为平衡悬架的重型货车为样车,在前期假设轮胎为刚性模型的基础上考虑轮胎的径向弹性,建立了车辆各轴越台阶数学模型并进行了数值计算,计算结果与试验值相接近,表明了模型的准确性。最后,基于建立的模型分析了附着系数、整车质心位置和质心高度对各轴越障性能的影响。 Design and calculation of multi-axis vehicle obstacle surmounting performance has been a difficult problem in vehicle product development.Therefore,this paper takes an 8×8 heavy truck as the prototype vehicle and considers the tire radial elasticity on the basis of preliminary model with the assumption of rigid tires.The step crossing mathematical model of each axis is established and the numerical calculation is carried out.The calculated results are agreeing with the experimental values,indicating the accuracy of the model.Finally,based on the established model,the influence of the adhesion coefficient,the vehicle center of mass position,the height of the center of mass on each axis obstacle surmounting performance is analyzed.
