生产性服务业集聚对区域技术转移的作用机制——协同创新与环境规制视角

Research on the Mechanism of Agglomeration of Producer Services Industry to Regional Technology Transfer——Based on Collaborative Innovation and Environmental Regulation

以协同创新为中介变量、环境规制为调节变量,构建生产性服务业集聚与技术转移二者关系的理论模型。以我国2002-2015年省域数据为样本,采用多元回归分析法对生产性服务业集聚影响区域技术转移的作用机制进行研究。结果显示:生产性服务业集聚对区域技术转移有正向影响;协同创新对生产性服务业集聚与区域技术转移的关系发挥中介作用;环境规制对协同创新与区域技术转移间的关系具有正向调节作用;环境规制对生产性服务业集聚与区域技术转移间关系的调节作用通过多主体协同创新的中介效应实现。结论可为揭示生产性服务业集聚对区域技术转移的作用机制提供理论依据,为推动生产性服务业集聚、多主体协同创新和区域技术转移提供实践参考。

This paper uses collaborative innovation as an intermediary variable and environmental regulation as a regulatory variable to construct a theoretical model of the relationship between the agglomeration of producer services and technology transfer.Taking China's provincial data from 2002 to 2015 as a sample,a multiple regression analysis method was used to study the mechanism of technology transfer in the region affected by the agglomeration of producer services.The results show that:agglomeration of producer services has a positive impact on technology transfer;collaborative innovation plays an intermediary role in the relationship between producer services agglomeration and technology transfer;environmental regulation has positive relationships with collaborative innovation and regional technology transfer.The regulatory effect of environmental regulation on the relationship between agglomeration of producer services and regional technology transfer is achieved through the intermediary of collaborative innovation.The study provides a theoretical basis for revealing the role of producer services agglomeration on regional technology transfer,and provides a theoretical reference for the promotion of producer service agglomeration,multi-agent collaborative innovation,and regional technology transfer.
