控烟课程对预防医学学生控烟态度的影响研究

Effect of tobacco control course on tobacco control attitudes of preventive medicine students

目的了解控烟课程开设前后控烟态度对预防医学专业大学生的影响,为高校开展有效的控烟课程提供参考依据。方法以"中国公共卫生控烟倡导行动能力建设"项目为平台,根据统一编制的调查问卷,采用整群抽样的方法对国内6所大学预防医学专业332名大学生进行问卷调查,并对干预组实施一系列控烟干预措施,以评价干预效果。结果预防医学专业大学生对烟草控制框架公约(Framework Conversion on Tobacco Control,FCTC)烟草控制关键措施的态度,干预组中包头医学院和徐州医科大学末期态度得分显著高于基线得分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);预防医学系学生对控烟活动的态度,干预组学校末期测量得分均高于基线得分,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论控烟课程有效影响了预防医学专业学生对控烟倡导的态度,为控烟课程在高校内的开展提供了参考依据。

Objective To understand the influence of tobacco control attitudes before and after the introduction of tobacco control courses on preventive medicine students,and provide reference for universities to carry out effective tobacco control courses.Methods Taking the“China Public Health Tobacco Control Campaign Capacity Building”project as a platform,according to the questionnaire prepared by the unified survey,332 college students in the prevention medicine of 6 universities in China were surveyed by cluster sampling method,and a series of intervention measures on the intervention group were implemented to evaluate the effects of interventions.Results For the attitudes of preventive medicine college students to the key measures of tobacco control in the Framework Conversion on Tobacco Control(FCTC),the end-point attitude scores of Baotou Medical College and Xuzhou Medical College in the intervention group were significantly higher than the baseline scores,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);for the attitude of preventive medicine students to tobacco control activities,the final measurement scores of the intervention group were higher than the baseline scores,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The tobacco control course has effectively influenced the attitude of preventive medicine students to tobacco control advocacy,and provided a reference for the development of tobacco control courses in colleges and universities.
