依附式发展:草根体育组织的生存策略研究

Attachment development: survival strategy of grassroots sports organizations

草根体育组织对枢纽型社会组织依附式发展是草根体育组织对枢纽型社会组织依靠、偎依和寻求庇护的发展形态。根据依附发展心态而言,可以划分为主动依附、被动依附和依附无门三类。研究选择HB业余足球联盟、CZ大力羽毛球俱乐部和LY暴走团等三个典型案例,展示了草根体育组织对枢纽型社会的依附,更多源于社会组织改革的不彻底,枢纽型社会组织对自身定位的模糊,形成了不正常的管理现象。而源于我国社会组织改革的趋势,草根体育组织对枢纽型社会组织的依附,最终将走向合作,这是其发展趋势。

Attachment type development is the form for grassroots sports organizations to rely on social organization hub.According to the attachment development mentality,it can be divided into three types:active attachment,passive attachment and nowhere attachment.Study on the three typical cases:HB Amateur Football League,CZ Badminton Club and LY Speed Walking Group showed that the grassroots sports organizations relying on the hub of the society,it was more due to the fact that the social organization reform was not complete,fuzzy position of social organization hub itself,forming an abnormal management phenomenon.Because of the trend of social organization reform in China,the attachment of grassroots sports organizations to the hub type social organization will eventually lead to cooperation,which will be the trend of development.
