“3+2”助理全科医师规范化培训学员对静脉输液技术认知状况调查

摘要 目的研究"3+2"助理全科医师规范化培训学员对静脉输液技术认知状况。方法选取我院"3+2"助理全科医师规范化培训学员72人进行研究,其中包括2015级学员19人,2016级学员33人,2017级学员20人,采取问卷调查的形式对其静脉输液技术认知状况进行调查,分析我院对"3+2"助理全科医师学员进行规范化培训的效果。结果从接受"3+2"助理全科医师规范化培训学员的得分情况来看,三组学员的得分均比培训前均有所提升,并且2017级学员的得分高于2015级学员和2016级学员,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2016级学员的得分高于2015级的学员,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。从接受培训的积极性方面来看,2017级学员的培训积极性高于2015级学员和2016级学员,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2016级学员的培训积极性高于2015级的学员,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在对"3+2"助理全科医师进行培训时,加强对学员的规范化培训能够提升学员对于静脉输液技术的掌握程度,提升学员对于接受规范化培训的积极性,对于促进学员综合素质的提升意义重大。 Objective To study the "3+2" assistant general practitioner standardized training students cognitive status of intravenous infusion technology. Methods 72 trainees of "3+2" assistant general practitioner standardized training in our hospital were selected for the study. These include 19 students in grade 2015, 33 students in grade 2016 and 20 students in grade 2017. Questionnaires were used to investigate their knowledge of intravenous infusion technology. To analyze the effect of standardized training for "3 + 2" assistant general practitioners in our hospital. Results According to the scores of the trainees who received the standardized training of "3+2" assistant general practitioners, the scores of the three groups of trainees were higher than those before the training, and the scores of the students in 2017 were higher than those of the students in 2015 and 2016. There was a significant difference between the three groups (P < 0.05). The score of students in 2016 was higher than that of students in 2015. The difference between groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). From the aspect of training enthusiasm, the training enthusiasm of students in 2017 is higher than that of students in 2015 and 2016. There is a significant difference between groups (P < 0.05). The training enthusiasm of the students in 2016 was significantly higher than that of the students in 2015, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion On the "3 + 2" assistant general practitioner training, strengthen the standardization of the training to students to promote students to master the degree of venous infusion technology, improve the enthusiasm of students for standardized training, improve comprehensive quality is of great significance in promoting college.
